This course is designed to give you tools to reconnect with your soul and calm your nervous system, so that you might find calm despite the chaos of our daily lives. When we operate out of a grounded and centered place we have more patience, more perspective, and more compassion for ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us.

All 3 elements within the modules have a video introduction as well as a pdf to go with it. There is no wrong way to experience these elements. You might choose to do them in real time with the video, you may choose to watch the video and then engage the practice, you may choose to watch and periodically pause the video. There is no wrong way.

This is a self paced course so that you can fit it into your schedule and take whatever necessary time for your own processing.
