Individual Contemplative Coaching and Spiritual Direction
If you are looking for more focused and individual attention this may be the right fit for you. Sessions are scheduled once per month and last 1 hour. Individual spiritual coaching requires a minimum 6 month commitment.
These sessions are booked according to client and coach availability. Cost: $100 per month

Contemplative Group Coaching and Group Spiritual Direction
These groups are made up of 4-6 members. Groups meet twice a month for 1 1/2- 2 hours with Shannon. Time consists of engaging a spiritual practice, and individualized attention for each participant. This group is an excellent way to get consistent spiritual coaching, connect with fellow seekers, and invest in your own spiritual growth. These groups require a minimum 6 month commitment.
Groups are currently available on Tuesdays mornings.
Cost: $150 per month

VIP Contemplative Coaching and Spiritual Retreat
These sessions last 2 1/2 to 3 hours and are tailored to the specific needs of the individual. The session aims to integrate body, mind and soul. This might be the right fit if you are contemplating big decisions, are facing life changes, are in need of focused and intentional re-centering, or have specific spiritual questions and practices you would like to explore and dig deeper into. These sessions are booked at least one month in advance, and are intentionally a stand alone session.
These sessions are scheduled according to the availability of the coach and client. Cost: $399
